Coronavirus and Yoga 🧘🏼‍♂️

The virus affects not only our physical body but also our subtle bodies!

People feel panic and fear all over the world. These negative states destroy us, make us blind, weak, and gradually deprive us of the ability to think critically, to be ourselves.

We need understand that we amplify the virus with our thoughts and actions! We are not in a state here and now, as we think about the future, we are afraid of the future. We are trapped in our mind.

How to protect yourself from the virus on the subtle plane?
 ⠀
1. Yoga. Asanas and pranayama (work with breathing), this is what truly calms the vibrations of the mind, removes the physical blocks in the body.
 2. Meditation. Watch every moment here and now, be in the moment. Stop identifying yourself with your thoughts, emotions.

Yoga, pranayama, meditation give us a clear understanding: We are not our mind! We are not our emotions!
Fear, panic, horror - this is just an illusion. We are more than our mind!
Strengthen your immunity through yoga and meditation !!!
